On hold for an hour and still unable to speak to a human, completely ridiculous.

We just purchased a house and moved in, and the water service was not transferred by the title company and Aqua shut off our water. They said it will not get turned on for 6 days. How can you make a family with kids be without heat for 6 days? Ridiculous and egregious. The lack of service, empathy, and flexibility is embarrassing. They are the only provider in the area so they have no competition, and thus no reason to make any improvements.
