If I had the option to give no stars I absolutely would!! I called Eason Plumbing on April 24th and spoke with a female named Catie. I explained to her that I had hot water dripping in one of my bathtubs and needed to get it repaired. She scheduled the appointment for April 28th with the tech named Jeremy. Jeremy arrived on the 28th and assessed the problem. He told me he could fix the leak, but would have to order the parts and could return on Saturday May 2nd. Saturday came and went and I hear
