Update: Dan, the owner, contacted me today to discuss the situation. He sincerely apologized for the communication issues, and came by to see what was going on for himself. He offered to correct the patio, at no cost. He also offered to have someone pull out the remaining ivy tomorrow, also at no cost. We discussed it and agreed to the ivy, and he will haul away some remaining debris for free. My husband and I decided not to change the patio since it's a lot of work to fix. I was more concerned

We hired Earthborn to install planter boxes and add a drip system to our current irrigation. Initially there were some concerns about the irrigation installation and the planter boxes, but they responded quickly and professionally. I was extremely impressed with Ben and his ability to troubleshoot and fix the irrigation issues. He also replaced several boards on the planter boxes. I’m very grateful for all the work he did.
