Started out great.... then the timeline and overall process wasn't as expected (which is acceptable in terms of contracting) because I do contracted work..... but the problem is communication. After the job is "over" there was an agreement to help handle an additional option pre discussed. They then ghosted me and stopped returning my calls! Super annoyed that this is where I live in life leaving bad reviews 🤦🏻‍♂️

My sprinkler pump stopped working for a few days and then started working 15 minutes before Jimmy was supposed to come out. He still looked it over and tested it with me. We couldn't replicate the problem. He gave me a quick lesson on sprinkler pumps & he didnt charge me for the quick local visit. I appreciated the honest and helpful service.
