Ken Gasser came right out to sort out a rodent problem near our home. He was very knowledgeable, knew what the problem was, and how to resolve it. He was a really nice guy and clearly explained everything. I highly recommend him!

This was a frustrating and anger inducing experience. I made an appointment, in South Amboy NJ, for a mouse problem in the basement. The initial visit was fine, as the technician, let's name him M, placed a number of traps in the basement, attic, garage, and in the cabinet below the sink. I was informed to call them in two weeks whereupon the traps would be checked. I made the necessary call for the follow up visit. The tech who showed up was not M, but someone else who would not check the attic

I just had Mike treat my house for carpenter ants for a second application. He was very knowledgeable and courteous.
