I'd give 10 stars if I could. There is a reason Eagle One Appliance Repair has so many 5 stars. Excellent company with excellent employees. Sam was so helpful in getting me scheduled around my crazy hours. She sent over Kyle, who diagnosed the problem in seconds, not minutes. My dishwasher door no longer sticks or pops. Kyle is professional, friendly and easy to talk to. I grabbed a handful of Eagle One business cards from him to give to my neighbors and friends. It's good to have an appliance

I wish I could give them 10 stars... or even 100 stars! I live in a rural area, Globe to be exact. The owner was willing to travel over an hour, on the WEEKEND, to service my oven! Not only that, but another repairman had the workorder on my oven. Sam at Eagle One, located the parts and put them on hold for the other repairman!... Like, who does that, especially for a competitor? It was Ah-Maze-Ing! Such EXCELLENT customer service. Great communication throughout. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend

I was looking for an appliance repair place that worked on residential refrigerators in a motorhome and I got a hold of Samantha. They do work on refrigerators in motorhomes, but since I was so far away, they couldn’t do the job, but Samantha went above and beyond and found a place that I wasn’t aware of to come and make the repair for me. A shout out to Samantha! And Eagle One Appliance repair. I wish they were closer, I would definitely have used them!
