*Edited: Eagan Irrigation emailed me after my initial review to say their scheduling software was having issues and came out today to blow out my lines. I do still wish they had a valid phone number but pleased they made it right.* Sadly I am now part of the ghosted club. I paid for the start up/shut down bulk fee in May and they came out to start up but didn't show up to my shut off appointment today. Their phone number doesn't work. They don't reply to emails and now I'm out $100.

I scheduled winterization in October 2025. They missed the first appointment, but things happen, so I rescheduled online for the next week. Again, a no-call no-show. Calling their listed number immediately disconnects -- I suspect they're out of business with a zombie website continuing to take appointments. After having been happy with their winterization and system repair services for the past two years I'm now taking my business elsewhere.

Do not recommend this company. After using them several years we are switching to a different company. There is literally no way to get in contact with an actual person at Eagan Irrigation. They use an AI system to schedule. We made 4 appointments for the same issue (and took time off work each time) and all 4 times no one showed up, and we never got a call to reschedule. So, we would make a new appointment hoping they would show up. Never did.
