The staging did not really match the architectural features of the home, and the clash created confusion with some people which drives buyers away. Beware of the unethical contract language which means that they will NOT prorate any month if one does not cancel before the 13th of the month. They admitted that they used what they had rather than trying to work with the colors of the home. I believe using Dwell cost us >$100K by driving people away in addition to their high fees.
