They cut 2 huge pieces out of our hvac system that we were not prepared for. They used a sealant on the patches which are an eye sore. I contacted the owner. She thought we were informed. We definitely were not or we certainly would have questioned that procedure. We recently had Peters service the unit. The technician said there was no reason for cutting 2 openings in the unit. We were very upset. We also had to replace several registers due to paint being scratched off by the Ductz employee.

They did an acceptable job of getting my ducts cleaned out, even with some of the temporary register seals not fully blocking the air flow. I took off a star because at the end of the process, I asked them to clean out the filter box, with all the debris from my ducts, outdoors since the reason I had my ducts cleaned was health problems caused by dust. They insisted on emptying the filter into trash bags in front of my furnace, a dead air space that I could not easily ventilate. Not the level

After we had our home renovated, we called Ductz to finish our renovation by cleaning the air ducts. Steve W. came out timely to give us an affordable quote, and to explain their cleaning process. The day of the cleaning, two guys came out, they used booties and drop cloths to protect our floors. Also, they did a great job as was demonstrated by the before/after photos of our ducts.
