This is my second time using duct doctor and I can’t speak highly enough about them. The last service call we were still in our old house in VA, and I had kept up regularly with vent cleaning. The service was professional, no hidden fees and I was very happy with the service. But the results were not dramatic. We needed our duct work deep cleaned and done right and we got that with Duct Doctor. We called 8 companies and asked detailed questions about how they cleaned ducts and Duct Doctor had the right answers and did everything they promised. They used agitated whips in every vent - supply and return- and they were the only company we could find with a truck mounted vacuum, which was nearly 10 times more powerful than the portable vacuums of the other companies. And they were incredibly affordable!!

Couple weeks ago had DJ come out and provide the dryer vent cleaning. He was prompt and on time and the service didn’t take took long either. They were in and out in 20 minutes. Easiest thing to schedule. Will be using again in the future.
