$550 to clear a small root in drain pipe. Job was quick and easy but too expensive. I should have done my homework and done it myself.

Jim and Lisa fixed an issue that I've tried to resolve for several weeks. Had ABC scheduled twice but they didn't show up one day then tried to show up 6 hours later on a different day. Tried a few rounds of using vinegar/baking soda/hot water to fix a clogged bath tub but nothing worked. Jim and Lisa were on time and fixed the issue plus cleaned up in less than 20 mins. They explained the problem was due to hair catching on a part of the drain stopper that is unnecessary b/c we dont take baths
