Anthony responded to my inquiry (leaking/tight shower valve) promptly, addressed my concerns, suggested a more cost-effective solution than what I had imagined, provided an estimate/quote, kept in communication while we set up an approximate appointment, and they showed up when they said they would. They handled the work professionally and efficiently for a good reasonable price and ensured I was happy with the result before they were on their way.
