I took a shot with these guys as it states they are local and only in business for 1 year. The workmanship although good, does not seem to match the excessive pricing IMO. Unfortunately I looked this stuff up after the fact as I was not real sure what I had to look at for torsion springs. On top of the prices for the replacement parts I was charged 30.00 for "programming" my opener. This took 45 seconds literally. I feel I should have charged them a fee for using my ladder.
