Fast friendly and efficient, but I don't think they explain their process thoroughly. -Arrive with empty scale ticket *-They Load you,have you go rescale (which you don't need to adjust your tandems for because they will adjust the load to make you legal) unknowingly adjusted and rescaled about 4 times - when returned after calling my company about the problem/process, and explaining to the warehouse workers they just had assisted me to redock so they could adjust.

Good product bad administration.
