They came out and repaired a cable that wasn't broken. Steve, the previous owner was amazing and trustworthy. I won't be using them again.

Had a technician out to my house to put on a weather strip and a rubber retainer. The technician didn’t have the parts with him and told me that he needed to go get the parts. They charged me $250.50 for 45 minutes of labor. The technician never researched what color our garage door that we bought from them 2 years ago.
