I cannot recommend Door Master enough! I have 120+ beautiful solid wood sliding doors in my center that I absolutely love, but age has started to take its toll on some of them. On 8/1/23 I gave Rom Ben-Shitrit $4,550 deposit for a door - then he and Avi disappeared. No full names or business address on the website, emails or business card. Business address keeps changing from one COI to the next. They keep dele. neg. rev.s - they dele. this one about 20 times. Very seamless process. Called for some timely fixes needed and the team came to inspect within the hour then returned the next morning to complete the work. Fast, efficient, friendly, superb work. Can't go wrong!

I do not understand the positive reviews of this vendor. We've had the same problem on our door for over 18 months. The front door does not close properly. Each time he comes back, he says it's fixed now. But it is still recurring, and now he's not even responding to our calls anymore. See attached video
