Denver Design Build (DDB) built us a new home in Denver. The challenge of designing and building a new home and diligently managing the process / budget was made relatively easy with Denver Design Build. It was a very positive experience from initial contact and discussions with co-owner Jeff Gates, working plans and budget with Head of Residential Construction Josh Gubser, day to day details of construction and budget decisions with Project Manager Justin Luna, and addressing minor warranty iss
