Milton arrived on time and went to work right away and fixed the problem! Matthew also came out again and with camera viewed the entire plumbing system/line. I’m very impressed and pleased with the work that was done and the skilled and professionalism of the crew!

Garbage disposal full of water in addition to the other kitchen sink. Ahmad used cord machine yo unplug but took machine out front door over white carpet and left dirty water all over tan balcony and steps. Also told him I needed faucet leak and toilet handle fixed and he never offered to do either one which I would have paid extra for - not good for your company. Then I found out my dishwasher now doesn’t work. I assume he disconnected it so the dirty water would not back up in the dishwasher.

Eddie just came to my house to flush the water heater. Unfortunately he recommended not to do that because the water heater was too old. He was up front, transparent and honest I'm a residential construction project manager and I recommend plumbing companies all the time. Do It Right Plumbing just went to the top of my recommendation list❗
