I met with Mike Dion himself at my home. I prepaid the invoice and an appointment was made for 12/31. I called 12/30 to confirm and was told the schedule hadn’t been created yet and I would get a call back. No call back. 12/31 @ 8:30 AM I call back to be told Mike gave the guys the day off. Nice for his guys and I do understand but I took the day off to be home. He’s the owner and I’m sure these are not spur of the moment management decisions.
