After having our dimplesx fireplace for less than a year, the flames stopped showing up. I contacted Mary Chris at the Dimplex store where we had bought our fireplace. And she was great and very helpful in contacting the manufacturer and putting in our warranty claim and the manufacturer send us some pieces needed to fix the problem.and yesterday we had a technician come and fixed the issue.
