Don’t use this company!!! Beware of the new owner Tyrone. Original Owner “Ricky” recently sold the business. The service man “Tyrone” is now the owner. Tyrone came out to repair a noisy dryer. He told my wife she needed a bearing kit which he would have to order. Next thing she knows is he put in a bearing he had on the truck and said he was done. We said we wanted the complete kit which he agreed was the proper complete repair. He said it’s too late for that. He lied and said we authorized the

If i could leave no stars i would! They came out to evaluate my refrigerator and said they could fix it but had to order the part. After a week or so I had to call to find out what was going on. They assured me they were just getting more info. I called again a week or so later but never heard from them again. If they couldn't fix it they should've said so. I could've called someone else weeks prior.

Tyrone seemed to be in a hurry and I had to keep asking questions to get what was wrong with dishwasher. He only told me what I needed after having to dang near beat it out of him. Unprofessional. They never answer their phones either. Was used through my appliance warranty and going to tell warrenty company not to use them anymore if they have a choice.
