During 2022 we purchased brand doors from Designer. Recently needed a service part and went to the manufacturer. They informed us they have no order from Designer even after sharing documents. So it appears like we paid for and were sold one product and supplied a totally different product. Who Knew .. the truth comes out. Worst call I've had in a while, from a B2B experience. I'm sure they do lots of big jobs, but they won't get mine, big or small. If I could I would give zero stars.
