We are so pleased with our new shutters! It was very easy to get a consultation booked and communication with Mackenzie in the office was excellent. Our design expert, Ivan, is extremely knowledgeable and explained all of our options. We ended up going with wood shutters (except in bathrooms where we got Poly), tilt rod handles on the sides to preserve our views and give a seamless look, split top and bottom to maximize privacy and light configuration, and 4” louvers.
