Great customer service and fair pricing from the start

They saved the day when my "new" Home Depot water heater decided to quit working for the 2nd time in a 6 month period. Then while replacing they noticed the wiring box putting power to the water heater was way out dated and nearing a possibility of starting a fire from shotty installation! So they hooked me up with an electrician same-day and had me in hot water before sundown!

I left a message through the Desert Water Plumbing and Rooter website and was called back almost immediately to schedule an appointment for the following day. The guys that came out were very friendly, identified the issue quickly, and had a price for me right away. The work they provided looked great and replaced an aging irrigation supply fixture. They also provided an estimate for a water heater replacement that seemed very reasonable.

So knowledgeable and trustworthy. Helped with my specific urgent need and also gave me advice on other plumbing projects I’m considering. Will definitely call the again.

Great job all the way around, from the office staying in touch to the service tech arriving on time and getting the job done. Although it was VERY expensive to just flush the tank on my RO. And the upgraded RO systems that we're offered are overpriced. But, otherwise all good. Thank you. Ramsey
