As a homeowner in an upscale HOA , I just received a copy of the 131page home inspection report for our home performed in Stetson Hills by Jose with Desert Oasis Home Inspections . The report was ordered by a potential buyer who I might add is still a potential at the time of this review . The report contained 131 pages of legal ease , opinions , recommendations , assumptions along with an outright lie . I was told inspector was coming at 9 AM so I emptied ,cleaned and made sure all pool skimm
