I have been trying to get them out to look at our awning repair for over three months. We live in Bluewater Lagoon right across the street from their shop. Every time I call they say they will send Drew over to look at it but I never hear back from them. Then today they told me they are no longer working in the blue water lagoon. They are too busy and don’t want the work save your time and look somewhere out of town

Drew is one of the most amazing people I have met. My dear friend list home due to fire and she was scammed by Chris Wilson with the completion of repairs. Yesterday at this time the only difference inside our RV was the FANTASTIC job Joseph of Shade Pro did installing Legacy Day/Night shades on all our windows. The temperature difference inside our RV - yesterday at this time it was 90 degrees, today it is 82 degrees! An 8 degree difference! That is HUGE in Quartzsite, AZ in the middle of August!!! If you've been "riding the fence" about getting these shades, stop, get off the fence and get Joseph to be your service person. You won't regret y

Fast, right or cheap you only get two. Desert awning is an excellent company. I called and changed the plan 4 times and Drew always got back to me and made sure we could get it done. We did a huge Ibeam setup so I could back in my boat and it turned out seamless.

I called they said they would come out and never did.
