It's been 5.5 years since the last owners installed our fence. The top hinge broke on one door, and I called to inquire about a repair. The emailed estimate delivered late Friday was broken out into itemized sections, each totaling 1 penny, including the grand total. But in one section a minimum onsite fee of $475 was included plus $85 for the hinge.
