Unacceptable quality/workmanship and unethical business practices. My townhome property has a community pool in the courtyard. I signed a contract on behalf of my property's HOA with Denver Pool Cleaners in February 2018. The executed contract simply required Denver Pool Cleaners to open the pool prior to Memorial Day and provide twice a week maintenance service to my pool. At the end of May 2018, just 2 days before the scheduled pool opening, Denver Pool Cleaners informs the HOA they will n
