We are very pleased with the structurally sound and solid deck that Sanjib designed and constructed; it meets all code requirements. Our old deck needed to be replaced in total, down to the footings. It was like watching the phoenix rise from the ashes as Sanjib demolish the old deck and constructed the new and improved deck. We look forward to many maintenance free years on our new deck!

Deck stairs were 18 years old and all the stringers were rotted - perhaps due to lack of small things that make a big difference. Sanjib evaluated the situation properly and designed a plan to rebuild the stairs utilizing proper methods and materials to prevent a replay of current situation that I found myself in.
