Our new home had some issues with the concrete pour which resulted in large gaps around the foundation and sill plate. Stucco skirting for homes is a Lost Art! I found it incredibly difficult to even find someone who still does the classic skirting for pier and beam homes. I thought all was lost until I found Dean.
