If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this window company was not only unprofessional but deeply offensive. The representative who I spoke with used blatantly racist language during our conversation — making derogatory comments that were completely inappropriate and uncalled for. No matter the quality of the work, there is absolutely no excuse for hate or discrimination. I refuse to support or recommend any business that allows this kind of behavior from its employees or repre
