We discovered Day Flooring through a neighbor, whose floors looked amazing. We wanted to get most of our downstairs flooring replaced and restored. When we contacted Charles to talk about this project, he was very excited for us, answered all our questions, had examples of finished floors and suggestions for designs. No question was stupid to him, he was very patient with us. This project entailed removal of carpet, installation of wood floorboard, feathering in old wood floor with new one,

Charles installed new oak stairs and a landing to replace 28 year old carpet. It’s solid, beautiful, and has no squeaks. He was easy to work with, cleaned up at the end of each day, and earned our trust. We couldn’t be happier.

Charles was great to work with. He knew what he was talking about, informed us of pros and cons when we had to make decisions, and went above and beyond to give us great floors. Always on time and communicative. And flexible when we discovered new things about the subfloor and found another HVAC vent! He’s been the best contractor we’ve worked with in this house so far.
