We needed a repair of the nozzle that connects a food grade CO2 tank to a special Grohe system. I broke the connection piece trying to fix it myself and called Grohe for replacement part. The part wasn’t the right size and was threaded. Rabbaanee diagnosed and he didn’t have a part that could work on him so he went to the warehouse, got something that worked, and installed it within 90 minutes or when he showered up onsite.
