Ian came out and checked on hose faucet that had been replaced years ago, quoted out to replace it and also replace a second one while here. Did not have the parts, and they were able to have Naz out same day with parts and replace both. Considerate of time, cleanliness of house by wearing shoe covers and making sure everything was done to my satusfaction!
