Dallas Watson Flooring has a vast selection of wool carpets. Unfortunately, their customer service was atrocious. After choosing a carpet and rug, we were told installation would take about three weeks. A week later, they came out to measure, and we paid in full. Weeks later, we were informed that the rug we selected wasn’t available. Another week passed with no update on the carpet installation or refund for the rug.
