Called to ask general questions customer service was terrible the gentlemen was very rude.

Called in the am and by early afternoon I could lock, unlock my front door again! Since I don’t know didly about locks, I do know how the call the right people for help! Frame/strike plate had sifted just enough to make sure I couldn’t get in or out! Everything turns and works smoothly now which made me very happy!

Very help troubleshooting my save issues and fast. He wanted to help me over making money. Will be back.
