Office is very attentive and nice; however, their commitment is questionable. They only want large jobs and up charge on everything, from the architect, construction work, permits, etc. I would be careful.

Incredible experience. We had never done a reno and had received a few referrals for contractors. We already had our plans and permits, and had 3 contractors bid of the project. We chose cuttingedge and Alejandro S because of how much more responsive they were compared to the others.
