ETA: This has gone from bad to worse. The "remedies" have been slow to come and today I was told that the cost was a "low price" which is why stump grinding or any other actual removal of the tree/bushes is not really included, despite the contract description and my request being "removal" of these items. Their rework has cost me hundreds in lost material (sod plugs) and time. I would absolutely suggest anyone to avoid Cutters. I can't even get corrective actions or warranty work done in a time
