Place the order for two custom patio shades on February 2023 for about $4200 (USD) with 60% upfront if I recall correctly. Installed on May 2023. The quote I requested was for electrical enclosed hard-wired which they agreed to. They mistook “hardwire” for a 3-prong plug-in that was just left hanging. We had Custom Shade and Shutter install motorized shades on every window in our house and highly recommend them. The entire experience was great start to finish. The shades and wood cornice boxes are gorgeous and it’s SO fun to just push a button to open and close them!!
