Contracted them to do one shutter, they said it would take 6-8 wks. We paid in full & didn't get the shutter installed until about 5 months later. They still need to finish around the shutter to seal all of the gaps, but we haven't been able to get them to return to finish the job for over a month now. They scheduled to come back to do the work, but never showed up & didn't call that they weren't coming. We have called multiple times, just to get an answering machine & no return calls. Tot

Horrible customer service! After they cashed my deposit it took eight months before my shutters were ready. Then when I did get them they were painted poorly. THIS could be thw real reason the business is closing.

Won't call me back! They took one of my existing shutter pieces to make a new shutter and won't return my calls or return the missing piece. Terrible customer service!
