Genesys and her team did an A++ job. This was a project for my mom's apartment in NY. Genessys went to my mom's apartment multiple times, discussed with her what she needed, drew up the plan, sent me over email the plans and discussed with me various options and prices. It took a really long time (2 years) for us to remodel the apartment, demolish the closets and make it available for her team to come and install. The price didn't change.
