I want to start by saying the technician was professional, courteous, and respectful during the visit. This review has nothing to do with how I was personally treated. My concern is strictly with the company’s pricing and fee structure. Pricing was discussed on the phone when I scheduled the appointment, however it was not communicated that the diagnostic process itself could cost nearly $500 before repairs. Had that been clearly explained upfront, I would not have agreed to the initial service
