Just wanted to drop a note and call out the wonderful customer experience I had working with Chris Rider in the service department. I had an Onan Generator repair that required some major work, and Chris acted as my liason in dealing with the third party warranty company. He kept me updated every step of the way, and communicated promptly and thoroughly throughout. Because of his thoroughness, the warranty company had no issue in covering the repair, which was great. I can't say enough good

Horrible service! Or at least in the parts department! You would expect more from a company like Cummins

What a great business & employees that make it even better. We had a service appointment in one week after calling, which is very quick for the RV world. Ethan was awesome at the front desk, explained everything thoroughly before we gave him our keys. The issue with our Generator that wouldn't run more than 10 minutes before quiting was repaired within 6 hrs. We were able to stay the night with a 100% repaired generator & be on our way the next morning.
