Kellie is awesome but overall the corporate processes are the worst we have experienced!!!! Their ability to do repairs correctly is sub-par and this rating comes from people who have spent several days in repair shops ( Entegra Coaches) I will just say we will not buy another one..... The warranty was denied because WE (absolutely know we did NOT) put Fuel in DEF .... so it was contaminated. Just another Cabal owned BIG matrix company that screws over everyone because they can so not much more
