After being with them for 6 months and paying from $80 - $100 a month for a service that is BS I finally canceled 🙌. Every other month we would have to wait up to 2 weeks to get our refills. We had to go out of our way and go fill them up ourselves or buy water bottles. Which is ridiculous if we already paying $80-$100 every months . We would call to get an update on when they were coming and we always got same BS excuse " we dont know yet " " we dont have any driver " " drive got an accident

After 12 years being a customer it ends. I called to discuss charges on my bill, charges for service they are not providing which I am paying for. The lady in customer service gets the award for the rudest person in customer service. I explained the situation and she did not want to hear it. Lately my deliveries have been many days late per monthly delivery. I decided to call and cancel my service. Asked for an email of confirmation of cancelelation. Never received. I called again 4 days later. Never received an email again. I have had my empty bottles outside for 8 days. They said they would come them up. Never did so I called again.
