Excellent customer service

We moved to Culligan water delivery service because the Primo merger did not deliver the water on time. However, Culligan did not do a good job either. The delivery has been postponed for a week and there is no response or update either. An Update on 2026: It seems the whole water delivery system is a mess. On top of that, the attitude of the receptionist responsible for delivery is terrible. Our last two-time delivery got both postponed, and I have called multiple times to re-schedule the deli

Highly recommend the team from Santa Clara. The system is not cheap but the quality of service and the professionalism of this branch from the Jason at the management to Peter and Miguel is worth the premium. Our install was not simple but their team came on site several times until it was all perfectly installed and accommodated our layout requests from start to finish. The system works well and the Culligan app is a great addition for monitoring and controlling the system.
