Justin came out pretty quickly to test my water. Portland water is pretty decent compared to a lot of places I've lived, but I still wanted to filter out the chlorine and the tiny particles that were making my plants sad. He did a great job giving me all the info I needed to make an informed decision. I purchased the Smart RO 4 cartridge system that fits perfectly under my sink. I love how the dispenser has lights on it that indicate the usage level and when it's time to change the filters. Jos

Justin did an amazing job from start to finish. He came out and thoroughly explained the water softener that we wanted for our home. Our water was smelly and turned the toilet tank black. It tasted terrible also. We were not able to purchase it immediately, but called him back several months later and he made it happen. The install went without a hitch and our water is wonderful! Everything Justin said it would, it accomplished. . We are very very happy.

I can drink my water again! Justin was very helpful and carful in his explanation of the systems and all the options available. He even came back for a follow up to check that my system is working. Will highly recommend Culligan!
