Fantastic customer service. You get a text update the day before service and when the job is complete. Easy to text the owner and discuss skipping service when the grass isn’t growing or any other odd jobs needed, etc. Reliable company and respectful crew. I’ve been a customer for years since owning my home. I won’t be changing lawn service anytime in the future.

We asked for a 9x15 concrete patio from CTX and BJ came out to measure but then also explained exactly what they would do and why. We also discussed our irrigation system and what we wanted to do with that and he offered up some low cost options. Other contractors didn’t address the irrigation system and others just said to cover it with the concrete (not good).
