Overall the job was done well as far as the actual cleaning of the windows. My only issue was when the screens were being put back into place and one of the workers was dragging them along my wood floor. He was trying to carry them all at once and ended up carrying some, dragging others along my floor and against my wood railing leading to my downstairs. I wasn't too happy about that. Luckily the other worker stopped him relatively quickly.
