Bought the whole home water softener and filter. Had it professionally installed but I called tech support for help to configure and setup the 5600sxt controllers. Excellent technical support.
My household nitrate levels were over 10ppm, after installing the Crystal Quest Nitrate filter on my refrigerator line, my nitrate level dropped to zero. The install process was simple with the included push on connectors.
Even though it was not possible to determine where in the shipping process the glass component was broken, the company sent a replacement at no cost. We truly appreciate the quick, friendly, and generous service.
